Absolutely the quickest and easiest way is having their online portal access set up. They wont be able to access/view pricing and will just be able to book on your behalf simply email accounts@urgenttransportsolutions.au with your supplier company name, contact name and email address requesting supplier access to set this up.

If you are using the portal to book online you will find the web tracking link at the bottom left hand of the opened consignment page or copy the following into a new web page and place your consignment number at the end before ‘searching’

Here are some common tips
Ensure you select the suburb from the drop down menu rather than your browser ‘pre filling’ your information
Use the ‘Tab’ button when entering in items and this will allow you to add more items to the consignment
