  • Absolutely the quickest and easiest way is having their online portal access set up. They wont be able to access/view pricing and will just be able to book on your behalf simply email accounts@urgenttransportsolutions.au with your supplier company name, contact name and email address requesting supplier access to set this up.

  • If you are using the portal to book online you will find the web tracking link at the bottom left hand of the opened consignment page or copy the following into a new web page and place your consignment number at the end before ‘searching’

    Here are some common tips

    • Ensure you select the suburb from the drop down menu rather than your browser ‘pre filling’ your information

    • Use the ‘Tab’ button when entering in items and this will allow you to add more items to the consignment
